3. No Refund Policy

Once a consulting session, guidance, or strategy has been shared (partially or fully), the service is considered delivered and no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

4. Chargeback & Dispute Agreement
By completing a purchase, you agree that you will NOT file any chargeback or dispute with your bank, card provider, or payment processor (including Stripe) By proceeding with payment, the client explicitly confirms that they understand and accept that this is a non-refundable digital service.
The client agrees that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions prior to making the payment.
This agreement serves as a legally binding acknowledgment that the client will not seek refunds or initiate disputes after payment.
If any dispute or chargeback is initiated:
- We reserve the right to immediately suspend all services
- Your access to our services may be permanently restricted
- We will submit proof of service delivery and agreement to Stripe or financial institutions

5. Service Quality & Support

If you feel that the service was delayed or not satisfactory, you may contact us directly. We will review your case and may offer additional guidance or support sessions where applicable.

However, refunds will NOT be provided under any condition.

6. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee specific results such as followers, views, engagement, or monetization approvals, as outcomes depend on third-party platforms and user implementation.

Clients are responsible for implementing the advice and strategies provided. Results may vary based on execution and external factors.
